About these terms

These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern the supply of mobile tyre services by Fastrack Tyres — a trading name and registered trademark (UK00004155649) of Fastrack Motors Ltd, a company registered in England & Wales (company no. 08618327), registered office Unit 9, Space Business Park, Abbey Road, Park Royal, London NW10 7SU (“we”, “us”, “our”).

By requesting, booking or accepting our services you agree to these Terms. Please read them carefully. Nothing in these Terms removes or reduces your statutory rights as a consumer under UK law, including the Consumer Rights Act 2015.

Definitions

  • “Services” — mobile tyre fitting, supply, replacement, puncture repair, locking wheel nut removal, TPMS valve replacement, spare fitting, wheel swaps and related work we carry out at your location.
  • “Call-out fee” — the charge for attending your location, included within every quote.
  • “Quote” — the fixed, all-inclusive price we give you before we travel.
  • “Deposit” — any sum taken to confirm a booking, deducted from the final price.
  • “Fitter” — our certified technician carrying out the Services.
03

Our services & scope

We provide mobile tyre services to vehicles up to 3.5 tonnes at your home, workplace or roadside, across Greater London and surrounding areas, 24 hours a day.

  • We supply and fit brand-new tyres only — we never supply or fit part-worn tyres.
  • Puncture repairs are carried out strictly to the BS AU 159 standard, only where a repair is safe and legal; otherwise we recommend replacement.
  • We remove locking wheel nuts to release the wheel but do not supply replacement locking sets.
  • For TPMS we replace valve stems (rubber or metal) only; we do not replace electronic sensor units or carry out TPMS coding/programming.
  • We do not repair or replace metal wheels or rims.
  • For safety we do not attend motorway hard shoulders; we can assist at motorway service areas and other safe locations.

We may decline or stop any work we consider unsafe, unlawful, or beyond the scope agreed, and will explain why.

04

Quotes, bookings & deposits

We provide a fixed, all-inclusive quote before we travel, based on the information you give us (including tyre size, vehicle and location). For repairs we operate a two-quote rule — you are given both a repair and a replacement price up front, with the call-out included, and you agree the price for either outcome before dispatch.

  • A call-out fee applies to every booking.
  • A deposit may be taken to confirm a booking; it is always deducted from your final price.
  • Quotes are subject to confirming the tyre and vehicle on arrival; if the actual requirement differs materially from the information provided, we will agree a revised price with you before continuing.
05

Pricing & payment

Prices vary according to the time of attendance, tyre size and brand, vehicle type and location, which is why we confirm your exact price on the call. Prices include VAT where applicable.

  • Payment is due on completion of the work, at your location.
  • We accept cash and all major debit and credit cards, including contactless.
  • A deposit may be required to secure a booking and is deducted from the total.
  • A VAT invoice or receipt is provided for every job.
06

Cancellations & refunds

Your right to cancel

Where you book at a distance or off our premises, you normally have a 14-day right to cancel under the Consumer Contracts (Information, Cancellation and Additional Charges) Regulations 2013. However, if you ask us to begin urgent or emergency work within that period, you may lose the right to cancel once the Services are fully performed, and you must pay for Services already provided up to the point of cancellation.

Deposits

  • If we cancel or are unable to attend, your deposit is refunded in full.
  • If you cancel before the fitter is dispatched, we refund your deposit less any costs we have already reasonably incurred.
  • If you cancel after the fitter has been dispatched, or a journey is wasted because the information you gave was inaccurate or access was not available, we may retain the deposit and/or charge the call-out fee to cover our costs.

Faulty or defective goods

Every new tyre we fit is covered by the manufacturer’s warranty. If a tyre or our workmanship is found to be defective, we will repair, replace or refund as appropriate in line with the Consumer Rights Act 2015. Please contact us as soon as you notice a problem.

How refunds are made

Approved refunds are made using the original payment method, normally within 14 days of agreeing the refund.

07

Guarantees, warranties & quality

Quality is central to how we work. Our processes are certified to ISO 9001 and we hold PAS 43 accreditation for safe roadside working.

  • Our fitting workmanship is guaranteed, and every new tyre carries the manufacturer’s warranty.
  • Puncture repairs are completed to the BS AU 159 standard.
  • We use certified, insured technicians and provide an invoice for every job.
08

Your responsibilities

So we can work safely and get it right first time, you agree to:

  • Provide accurate details — tyre size, vehicle registration, location and the nature of the problem.
  • Make the locking wheel nut key available where one is fitted.
  • Ensure the location is safe, lawful and accessible, and that you have permission for work to be carried out there.
  • Tell us about any relevant condition of the vehicle, wheels or fixings (for example seized, corroded or previously damaged components).
  • Be present or contactable, and able to authorise the work and payment.
09

Liability

We carry out all work with reasonable care and skill, as required by the Consumer Rights Act 2015, and we hold public liability insurance.

  • We are not responsible for pre-existing damage or faults that may become apparent during the work — for example seized or corroded fixings, previously damaged or cracked alloys, or cracked or buckled rims.
  • We do not exclude or limit our liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, for fraud, or for anything else that cannot lawfully be excluded.
  • Subject to the above, our total liability for any claim is limited to the price paid for the relevant Services, and we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss.
10

Safety & service limitations

  • For safety and legal reasons we do not attend motorway hard shoulders; we can assist at motorway service areas and other safe exit points.
  • We only carry out a repair where it is safe and legal under BS AU 159; otherwise replacement is recommended.
  • We may postpone or decline attendance where conditions are unsafe (for example extreme weather or an unsafe location).
  • Estimated arrival times are given in good faith and depend on driver availability and traffic; they are not guaranteed.
11

Data protection & privacy

Fastrack Motors Ltd is the data controller for personal data we collect, and we handle it in accordance with the UK GDPR and the Data Protection Act 2018.

What we collect & why

We collect the information needed to provide our Services — your name and contact details, vehicle registration and tyre details, service location, and payment information. We use it to give quotes, carry out and schedule work, take payment, provide invoices and warranties, ensure safety, and meet our legal obligations. With your consent we may also contact you about your enquiry or service updates.

Lawful bases

  • Performance of a contract — to deliver the Services you request.
  • Legal obligation — for accounting, tax and safety records.
  • Legitimate interests — to run and improve our business and keep records of work done.
  • Consent — for any optional marketing, which you can withdraw at any time.

Sharing & retention

We do not sell your data. We share it only where necessary — for example with payment processors and, where applicable, sub-contracted fitters bound to protect it. We keep personal data only as long as necessary for the purpose collected and to meet legal and accounting requirements (for example, invoice records are typically kept for six years).

Your rights

You have the right to access, correct, erase, restrict or object to the processing of your data, and to data portability, as well as to withdraw consent. To exercise these rights, contact us at info@fastracktyres.co.uk. If you are unhappy with how we handle your data you can complain to the Information Commissioner’s Office (ICO) at ico.org.uk.

  • We aim to acknowledge complaints within five working days and to resolve them promptly and fairly.
  • If we cannot resolve a complaint between us, you may pursue alternative dispute resolution or refer the matter to the courts.
