Clear, accurate answers about how we work — booking, pricing, repairs, tyres, coverage and the vehicles we handle. Can’t find what you need? Call or WhatsApp us on 020 8965 0688.
Who we are and how we operate — direct, certified and accountable.
We’re mobile tyre fitting specialists, first and foremost. Fastrack Tyres is a registered trademark (UK00004155649) and the trading name of Fastrack Motors Ltd, based in London. We offer 24/7 fitting, replacement and emergency support for all vehicles under 3.5 tonnes — cars, 4x4s, vans, trailers and high-performance vehicles — coming to you at home, work or roadside.
We’re a direct, independent operator. We own the vans and the stock, and our own certified, uniformed technicians do the work — no brokers, no job auctions and no mystery fitters. You deal with Fastrack Tyres from the first call to the final torque check.
Three things: immediate availability (24/7 call-outs and same-day slots, not “next week”), accuracy before dispatch (we verify your tyre by photo so we arrive with the right stock), and one-visit completion (we always carry a brand-new tyre, so the job is finished in a single trip).
Yes — we work to PAS 43 accreditation and ISO 9001 quality standards with fully insured, certified technicians, and provide a proper invoice and warranty on every new tyre fitted.
From your first call to the final torque check, here’s the process.
No booking needed for emergencies — just call or WhatsApp and we’ll head straight to you. If it’s not urgent, you can pre-arrange a same-day or scheduled fitting at home, work or roadside for a time that suits you.
Your tyre size (e.g. 205/55 R16), your location, a quick description of the problem, and whether you have the locking wheel nut key. The fastest way to confirm the size is a WhatsApp photo of the sidewall.
It’s printed on the tyre sidewall as a sequence like 205/55 R16 — width, then aspect ratio, then rim diameter. If you can’t find it, send us a photo and we’ll confirm it for you.
We park safely and set up, take your locking key, inspect the rim and puncture, confirm which pre-agreed price applies, then fit and balance the tyre, torque the nuts to the manufacturer’s settings, hand your key back and take payment. No guessing, no waiting on parts.
We aim to reach you within 45–60 minutes, often sooner. Our fitters cover London throughout the day, so one is frequently already nearby. Arrival times are estimates and depend on driver availability and local traffic.
Clear, fixed quotes agreed before we travel — no hidden fees.
Always. We give a fixed quote before we travel, and for repairs we provide two quotes up front — repair vs replacement — both with the call-out included. You agree the price for either outcome before dispatch, so there are never roadside surprises.
Yes — the call-out fee is always part of the total we quote. There’s no separate “arrival fee” on top. A replacement quote covers the new tyre, fitting, new valve, balancing and disposal; a fit-only or labour-only job covers the call-out and labour.
Pay by cash or all major cards on completion. A small deposit may be required up front for security on some bookings.
Our safety-first approach to repairs, replacements and standards.
Yes — every repair is carried out strictly to the BS AU 159 safety standard. If a puncture can’t be repaired safely, we fit a brand-new tyre instead.
Not all. We assess the damage on arrival — sidewall cuts or bulges, worn-out tyres (below the 1.6mm legal limit) and previous bad repairs aren’t safe to fix, so we replace them. We don’t repair performance or premium-vehicle tyres.
Yes. We never dispatch a van without a brand-new replacement tyre on board — even if you book a repair. If the damage turns out worse than expected, we replace it on the spot rather than leaving you stranded for a second trip.
No. For safety and legal compliance we only supply and fit brand-new tyres, never part-worn.
No — we strictly replace tyres; we don’t repair or replace metal rims. If a rim is cracked or buckled a new tyre won’t seal, so it’s worth checking before we’re dispatched.
What we stock, supply and fit — and how we confirm your size.
We supply and fit. We carry our own stock — over 50,000 brand-new tyres across budget, mid-range and premium brands — and source the right tyre for your vehicle, so there’s no garage visit and no waiting on a delivery. You’re also welcome to supply your own tyres for a fit-only quote.
Budget: Triangle, Autogreen, Goodride. Mid-range: Avon, Falken, Toyo. Premium: Michelin, Continental, Pirelli, Bridgestone, Goodyear and Dunlop. Specialist fitments (run-flat, Extra Load, winter & all-season) are available on request.
Everything from 8″ trailer tyres to 24″ supercar fitments, for vehicles under 3.5 tonnes.
Every supplied tyre is fitted on-site with a new valve, computerised wheel balancing and old-tyre disposal included, plus a correct torque and pressure check — nothing extra to arrange.
We confirm tyre sizes directly with you rather than relying on registration look-ups, which aren’t always accurate — manufacturers offer several tyre options per model and owners often change wheel sizes. Confirming directly keeps your booking precise and avoids the wrong tyre turning up.
The vehicles, marques and technical jobs we handle.
Cars, 4x4s & SUVs, vans & light commercials, and caravans & trailers — plus premium & performance marques including BMW M, Audi RS, Mercedes-AMG, Porsche, Ferrari, Lamborghini and McLaren. All passenger and light-commercial vehicles up to 3.5 tonnes.
Yes. We use non-marking equipment and low-profile fitting tools to protect diamond-cut alloys and carbon-ceramic brakes, and handle run-flat and ultra-high-performance (UHP) tyres with precision — Rolls-Royce, Bentley, Ferrari, Lamborghini, McLaren, Aston Martin, AMG, RS and M-series included.
In most cases, yes — using specialist tools. We don’t attempt removal on nuts that are drilled, welded, rounded or badly damaged, so send a WhatsApp photo first so we can confirm. Note: we remove the locking nut to release the wheel, but we don’t supply replacement locking nuts.
We replace TPMS valve stems (rubber or metal) on-site to stop air leaks. We don’t replace complete electronic sensor units or carry out TPMS coding/programming — those need a main dealer or TPMS specialist.
Where we work, when we’re open and how we stay fast.
All of Greater London and surrounding areas, with extended coverage up to a 50-mile radius for trade, fleet and premium-vehicle customers. Check your exact location on the coverage map on our homepage.
For safety reasons we don’t attend motorway hard shoulders. We can, however, assist at motorway service stations and other safe exit points.
We’re available 24/7, 365 days a year including bank holidays. During very low-demand periods our office may be quieter between 4am–8am, but emergency call-outs continue.
We’re based in a central London location with immediate access to the A40, A406, M1, M25 and M40, and our fitters cover the city throughout the day — so one is often already close by.
Call or WhatsApp our team 24/7 — we’ll confirm everything before we set off.
