Vans & commercial
Look for a C after the rim size and a double load index — e.g. 195/70 R15C 104/102S. The “C” (or a ply rating like 8PR) marks a reinforced carcass built to carry heavier payloads safely — a standard car tyre in the same size isn’t legal for the load.
Premium & performance (OE-approved)
Many prestige cars leave the factory on a manufacturer-homologated tyre, marked on the sidewall. Matching that exact approval keeps the handling, ride and tyre warranty as the maker intended — the same size in a non-approved tyre simply isn’t the same tyre.
Electric & hybrid (EV)
Battery weight and instant torque mean most EVs run an XL or HL (High Load) tyre, often with acoustic foam to quieten the cabin and a low-rolling-resistance compound to protect range. Many also carry a maker approval such as Tesla T0 — a standard tyre wears faster and can cost you miles.

No. For safety and legal compliance we only supply and fit brand-new tyres, never part-worn.

Why don’t you list tyres online? +
We confirm tyre sizes directly with you rather than relying on registration look-ups, which aren’t always accurate — manufacturers offer several tyre options per model and owners often change wheel sizes. Confirming directly keeps your booking precise and avoids the wrong tyre turning up.
Will I know the price before you arrive? +
Always. We give a fixed quote before we travel, and for repairs we provide two quotes up front — repair vs replacement — both with the call-out included. You agree the price for either outcome before dispatch, so there are never roadside surprises.
Will the job be done in one visit? +
Yes. We never dispatch a van without your brand-new replacement tyre ready to fit — even if you book a repair. If the damage turns out worse than expected, we replace it on the spot rather than leaving you stranded for a second trip.
Are punctures repaired to a safety standard? +
Yes — every repair is carried out strictly to the BS AU 159 safety standard. If a puncture can’t be repaired safely (for example sidewall damage), we fit a brand-new tyre instead. We don’t repair or replace metal rims.
Are you the fitter, or a booking agency? +
We’re a direct, independent operator — we own the vans and the stock, and our own certified, uniformed technicians do the work. No brokers, no job auctions and no mystery fitters: you deal with Fastrack Tyres from the first call to the final torque check.
Are you accredited and insured? +
