How Fastrack Tyres collects, uses and protects your personal data, and how we use cookies — your rights, what we store and how to contact us.
This website is operated by Fastrack Motors Ltd, trading as Fastrack Tyres (Company No. 08618327), Unit 9 Space Business Park, Abbey Road, London NW10 7SU. We are the “data controller” for the personal data described in this policy.
Questions about your data? Call 020 8965 0688 or email info@fastracktyres.co.uk.
When you contact us or book a job we may collect: your name, phone number and email; the location of the call-out; your vehicle and tyre details; and payment information processed securely by our payment provider. If you use the coverage checker we use your device location only to find your nearest covered area — it is not stored.
We use your data to: respond to enquiries, quote and carry out mobile tyre services, take payment, provide receipts and warranties, and contact you about your booking. We process this data to perform our contract with you and for our legitimate interest in running the business.
We rely on contract (to provide the service you request), legitimate interests (to operate, improve and secure our service), consent (for optional analytics and marketing cookies), and legal obligation (for tax and accounting records).
Essential cookies make the site work and are always on. With your consent we also use analytics cookies (to understand how the site is used) and advertising cookies (to measure and improve our ads). You can accept or reject non-essential cookies via the cookie banner, and change your choice any time in your browser settings.
We share data only as needed to deliver the service: our payment processor, our booking and communications tools, and professional advisers. We never sell your personal data. Where required we share data with authorities to meet a legal obligation.
We keep enquiry and booking records for as long as needed to provide the service and to meet legal and accounting requirements (typically up to 6 years for financial records), then securely delete them.
Under UK GDPR you can ask to access, correct, delete or port your data, object to or restrict processing, and withdraw consent. To exercise any right, contact us using the details above. You also have the right to complain to the Information Commissioner’s Office (ICO) at ico.org.uk.
We use appropriate technical and organisational measures to protect your data, and only keep it for as long as necessary. Payments are handled by PCI-compliant providers — we do not store full card details.
We may update this policy from time to time; the latest version always lives on this page. For any privacy or cookie question, call 020 8965 0688 or email info@fastracktyres.co.uk.
